Tungsten Carbide Coating

Coating Tungsten Carbide provides extra life to Screw against wear and tear over only nitrided screws.

In case of higher filler loading in PVC pipe or Profile, we offer tungsten carbide coating on the surfaces of the screw. Which provides better life than nitride screw and more helpful to achieve longer life in commercial PVC pipe and profile manufacturing. 

HSS Sleeve Fitted Barrel

Sleeve over High-Speed Steel provides extra life to Barrel against wear and tear over only Nitrided Barrel.

In the case of hard material processed by plastifying system, we offer HSS Sleeve Fitted Barrels. And Tungsten Carbide Coated Scews which due to the higher degree of wear resistance assure considerably longer service life than nitrided barrels. The thickness of the sleeve is from 5 – 6mm and throughout hardness of the sleeve is from 62 – 64 HRC.
